Responsibilities

- Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle.
- Lead the implementation of logistics solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers to ensure they are able to effectively utilize the implemented solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance logistics solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as RFP responses, solution scoping, and proposal development.
- Act as a subject matter expert on logistics technology solutions, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing logistics solutions for complex supply chain operations.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
