We are seeking a software technical support specialist to assist users with troubleshooting software issues, ensuring smooth system functionality, and providing technical solutions. The role involves diagnosing software bugs, working with developers for fixes, and assisting users with installation, updates, and configurations. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service abilities are essential.
Responsibilities:
provide first-line technical support to end-users
troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems
assist with software installation, updates, and configurations
document user issues and resolution steps for future reference
train users on new software features and best practices
work with developers to resolve software bugs and improve performance
ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies
maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and technical issues
collaborate with internal teams for continuous software improvement
stay updated with new technologies and software solutions
Requirements:
bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field
minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
proficiency in ticketing systems and remote support tools
