Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems.

  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate complex issues and prioritize bug fixes.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Conduct software testing and quality assurance to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Train end-users on software functionalities, features, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates, patches, and new technologies to deliver effective support.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs for internal and external use.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in software support or a similar role is preferred.
