Job Description

The Software Sales Executive – ERP is responsible for driving business growth by selling enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions to clients across various industries. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, understanding client needs, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals. Operating in the UAE’s fast-paced digital landscape, the executive must be well-versed in ERP systems, sales strategies, and local business practices to effectively support digital transformation goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for ERP software solutions across diverse industry sectors.

  • Conducting client meetings to understand business requirements and tailor ERP offerings accordingly.

  • Delivering compelling product presentations and software demonstrations to key decision-makers.

  • Preparing customized proposals and negotiating terms to successfully close sales contracts.

  • Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support coordination.

  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth solution implementation.

  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads and updating CRM systems with sales activities.

  • Staying informed about ERP product developments, market trends, and competitors in the UAE and GCC region.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record in ERP or enterprise solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms, and proposal development.

  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, and operations.

  • Knowledge of UAE market dynamics, digital transformation trends, and enterprise buying behavior.

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
