Job Description

A Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing a company’s presence across various social media platforms. This role involves content creation, audience engagement, campaign management, and performance analysis to ensure brand visibility and audience growth. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize content and strategy.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.

Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and shareable content.

Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates, impressions, and follower growth, providing insights and recommendations.

Utilize paid social media advertising to maximize reach and conversions.

Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging social media tools.

Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good grasp of social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms.
