Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create, implement, and monitor social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to meet company objectives and KPIs
• Plan and create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
• Schedule and post content on social media platforms
• Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Create and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into social media strategy
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging social media assets
• Track and analyze social media metrics and provide reports to management
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand visibility
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and present social media performance reports to the marketing team and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices
• Experience creating and implementing successful social media campaigns
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to use the data to improve performance
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
