Job Description

The Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a shopping mall. They need to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the mall, maintain tenant relations, and attract customers. The Mall Manager should also develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations and management of the shopping mall.
  • Manage tenant relations and address their concerns.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase footfall.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with new tenants.
  • Prepare and manage the mall's budget and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
  • Organize and oversee events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mall Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and mall management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Customer-oriented with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed.
