Shipping Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Shipping Operations Executive to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our shipping processes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills. They should have a deep understanding of international shipping regulations and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers worldwide.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to effectively manage shipping processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Develop and maintain relationships with shipping carriers and suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.

• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and providing proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records, including shipping documentation, invoices, and receipts.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations, including customs, duties, and trade restrictions, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

• Manage and assist with any shipping-related customer inquiries or complaints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience in shipping operations, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

• Familiarity with shipping software and tools, such as UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
