Service Engineer

A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment. They provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient operation of equipment. They also perform inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and answer their queries.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct inspections and regular preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and minimize downtime.
• Document service activities, including repairs and replacements.
• Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience as a service engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
