Service Engineer - Mechanical

SERVICE ENGINEER ( for compressed air division )

Service Jobs: 

• Attending compressor services like minor, major, corrective, & troubleshooting services.
• Attending service leads given by the sales team
• Visit the customer and check the requirement like compressor, dryer, vaccum pump & diaphragm pump service enquiries

Contract: 

• Compressor and dryer inspection at site to estimate AMC proposal with consumable spares list

Aftersales visits: 

• Visit our existing clients/new clients and inspect the equipments like compressors, ref dryer, N2 Gen, diaphragm pumps & vacuum pumps and provide them with preventive/corrective services if required

Enquiries handling: 

• As per the customer requirement, choose our correct products and technical offer submission and follow up

Piping installations:

• Checking the floor drawing and visiting the site to estimate piping installation estimate ( GI Pipes / Aluminium Pipes)

Project Handling:

• Co-ordination work with service team for the complete package installations ( Compressor system/ N2 Generator package)

Requirements:

• B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Excellent command of the English language (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
