Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and assisting them with their vehicle maintenance needs. You will serve as a liaison between our clients and our team of skilled technicians, ensuring that all service inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and with the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at our service department

- Listen to clients' concerns and questions, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

- Schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs

- Offer upsells and additional services based on clients' vehicle needs

- Ensure all service orders are accurate and complete before being sent to the technicians

- Follow up with clients during and after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the services offered and stay updated on industry trends and advancements

- Keep track of service records and warranty information for each client

- Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient and timely completion of service orders

- Work with the parts department to order necessary parts for repairs and maintenance

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in automotive technology is a plus

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry

- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with clients at all times

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is preferred

- Proficient in computer programs and systems for scheduling and record keeping

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
