SEO Specialist

We are seeking a SEO Analyst to join our Marketing team and help us build a strong online presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and meta tags, for improved search engine visibility.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to increase organic search rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed
• optimization.
• Track important SEO metrics including organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page
• Update older content and add effective calls to action (CTAs) to improve user engagement
• Report on performance metrics comparing them to our SEO goals and benchmarking data
• Optimize pages for mobile
• Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective SEO strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools is a must.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and website optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices
