SEO Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled SEO Lead to join our team. As the SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and drive more traffic to their websites. This is a key role in our agency and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for our clients' websites

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and provide regular reports to clients on the performance of their SEO campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms to ensure our strategies are effective and compliant

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly and engaging content

- Utilize Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track and measure the success of SEO campaigns

- Work closely with the web development team to implement technical SEO best practices on clients' websites

- Train and mentor junior SEO team members to improve their skills and knowledge

- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their SEO goals and make necessary adjustments to strategies to achieve them

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices

- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
