Senior Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Merchandiser to lead visual presentation strategies across multiple retail outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will enhance the customer shopping experience through innovative displays, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial goals.

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans for stores.

• Ensure visual displays are aligned with seasonal themes, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

• Supervise the setup and dismantling of in-store displays.

• Collaborate with store and marketing teams to drive footfall and sales.

• Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards and provide training.

• Analyze sales performance to inform visual strategies.

• Maintain consistency in signage, window displays, and fixture placement.

• Monitor competitors and trends to keep visual strategies current.

• Source materials and props while managing display budgets.

• Provide creative input for layout changes and new store openings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display work.

• Excellent aesthetic sense and understanding of consumer behavior.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
