Senior Supervisor Retail

As a Senior Supervisor in the retail industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within a retail environment. Your primary duties will include managing and leading a team of retail associates, monitoring inventory levels, implementing sales strategies to drive revenue, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand, plan stock levels, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards regarding health and safety, merchandising, and customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and attract new customers.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to meet customer demand and avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with the store manager to set sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
