We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Succession Planning and Mobility to lead talent mobility strategies, succession planning initiatives, and career development frameworks within our organization. This role focuses on identifying high-potential employees, ensuring leadership readiness, and implementing mobility programs to enhance workforce agility. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and business leaders to design career pathways, assess talent gaps, and drive retention and internal growth strategies.
develop and implement succession planning frameworks to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization
design and execute internal mobility programs to enhance talent retention and career progression opportunities
assess workforce capabilities and skills gaps to align succession planning with business objectives
collaborate with hr and leadership teams to create career development strategies and mentorship programs
establish talent assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate employee potential and readiness for key roles
oversee internal job rotations, secondments, and leadership development initiatives
track and analyze talent pipeline data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
ensure compliance with diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) principles in succession and mobility programs
develop communication and training programs to educate managers and employees on career pathways
stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent mobility and leadership development
bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field (master’s preferred)
minimum 7 years of experience in succession planning, talent management, or workforce mobility
proven experience in designing and implementing succession frameworks and internal mobility strategies
strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies, competency frameworks, and career development planning
excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends
proficiency in hr systems, workforce planning tools, and data analytics software
strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
experience in a multinational or large-scale organization is preferred
