As a Senior Specialist Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall merchandise strategy for the company. Your responsibilities will include evaluating market trends, analyzing sales data, and developing effective merchandising plans to maximize product performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortment and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seasonal product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective merchandising.
  • Work with visual merchandisers to create appealing product displays that attract customers.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior merchandising team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Evaluate sales performance and KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to enhance merchandising strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve merchandising operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail or apparel industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other merchandising software.
