Senior Service Sales Engineer

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to lead the promotion and sale of service solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong technical background combined with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, tailor service offerings, and help grow the service business across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for service contracts, maintenance, and retrofit solutions.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and solution proposals tailored to client requirements.

• Collaborate with service and engineering teams to prepare accurate quotations and project scopes.

• Build long-term relationships with customers by ensuring satisfaction and delivering value-added services.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• 5+ years of experience in service sales or technical sales engineering.

• Strong understanding of maintenance and service operations, preferably in HVAC, automation, or industrial systems.

• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage complex customer accounts.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Customer-focused with a proactive and consultative approach to sales.

• Willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.
