We are looking for a results-driven Senior Service Sales Engineer to lead the promotion and sale of service solutions to new and existing clients. This role requires a strong technical background combined with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, tailor service offerings, and help grow the service business across industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for service contracts, maintenance, and retrofit solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and solution proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with service and engineering teams to prepare accurate quotations and project scopes.
Build long-term relationships with customers by ensuring satisfaction and delivering value-added services.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
5+ years of experience in service sales or technical sales engineering.
Strong understanding of maintenance and service operations, preferably in HVAC, automation, or industrial systems.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage complex customer accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive and consultative approach to sales.
Willingness to travel for client visits and site assessments.
