Job Description
The Senior Service Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and promoting the company's service offerings to existing and potential clients. They will identify customer needs, provide technical solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers for service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers during the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in service sales or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant industries.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
