Senior Sales Executive

As our Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and build relationships with potential clients, as well as maintain and nurture existing client relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and market feedback to the management team
• Mentor and train junior sales team members to ensure their success and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
