Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your existing sales experience to drive revenue and proactively identify new opportunities for growth

- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product knowledge, assisting with inquiries, and offering solutions to meet customer needs

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Lead by example and provide guidance to junior team members, assisting with their training and development to foster a positive and collaborative team environment

- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

- Maintain a high standard of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends and competitors' offerings

- Utilize the company's CRM system to track sales and gather valuable customer data

Qualifications:

- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer service-oriented environment

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box

- Experience with CRM systems is preferred

- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
