Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in the Dubai market, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our products. 
  • Sales Visits & Product Demonstrations: Plan and execute regular sales visits to engage with clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations to highlight the unique value propositions of our offerings. 
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company in the Dubai region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics to track progress and inform future strategies. 
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times, ensuring that the brand’s reputation is upheld in every interaction.


Key Requirements: 

  • Languages: Proficiency in “Hindi and English” is essential. The ability to communicate effectively in both languages is key to building rapport with clients in the Dubai market. 
  • Presentable & Professional Demeanour: Must possess a polished, professional appearance and the ability to represent the company with integrity in diverse business environments. 
  • Sales-Driven: Strong focus on achieving sales goals and a track record of success in a client-facing sales role. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience:  Experienced professionals with an interest in a sales career. Prior experience in international sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
