Job Description

As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Your primary focus will be on managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and negotiating contracts. You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and grow business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiations, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate sales reports to inform decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor sales team members, provide guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values and mission in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with clients.
