Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with our key clients and stakeholders, as well as identifying opportunities to expand and grow our business partnerships. This role is crucial in driving our company's success and we are seeking a talented individual who is strategic, analytical and results-driven to join us in our journey.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and secure new business partnerships.

• Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships.

• Understand and anticipate clients' needs and effectively respond to their inquiries and concerns.

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and projects.

• Generate regular reports and provide insights and analysis to senior management on client satisfaction, retention and business expansion opportunities.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and actively engage with clients to identify areas for improvement and growth.

• Organize and participate in sales activities such as conferences, trade shows, and networking events.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships.

• Strong understanding of sales and account management principles.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Time management and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
