Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end hiring processes, manage key client accounts, and deliver top-tier talent solutions. Based in the UAE, the role requires deep market insight, exceptional networking ability, and a consultative approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including client briefings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries

• Develop talent pipelines for key roles through proactive sourcing strategies

• Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and shortlist submissions

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning

• Negotiate terms of business, contracts, and placement fees with clients

• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training and development

• Meet individual and team performance targets (placements, revenue, client satisfaction)

• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry shifts in the UAE and GCC

• Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices, confidentiality, and local labor regulations

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or 360° consulting environment

• Proven track record of successful placements and client retention

• Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, databases, and headhunting methods

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Deep knowledge of UAE labor market, hiring trends, and legal requirements

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously

• Proficient in ATS platforms and MS Office tools

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Based in the UAE or with regional experience preferred
