The Senior Recruitment Consultant will lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries, delivering tailored talent acquisition solutions for clients based in the UAE. This role involves sourcing top-tier candidates, managing client relationships, and providing strategic hiring advice in line with UAE labor laws and market dynamics. Operating in a fast-paced consultancy or in-house environment, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for achieving placement targets, maintaining strong client networks, and ensuring a high standard of candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and advising on effective hiring strategies.
Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and industry networking to attract top talent.
Conducting structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for both skillset and cultural alignment.
Coordinating interview schedules, providing feedback, and facilitating the negotiation of employment offers.
Keeping up to date with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment compliance regulations.
Maintaining a strong candidate database and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS or CRM system.
Mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to team performance through sharing best practices and market insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or client-facing role in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE job market, labor regulations, and talent acquisition trends.
Proven success in placing mid-to-senior level professionals across various industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and candidate engagement.
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage for broader candidate sourcing and client communication.
