Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Property Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Your extensive knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and strong customer service orientation will be crucial in successfully closing deals and exceeding client expectations.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients and stay updated on market trends and developments.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients, including property owners, investors, and potential buyers or tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the features, amenities, and pricing of properties.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting purchase or rental offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the closing process.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive property valuations and market analysis to clients.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, lawyers, and appraisers, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices related to real estate transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking activities to expand professional networks and generate leads.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior property consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current property laws and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license or certification ( RERA if applicable ).
  • Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
