Senior Project Manager Job Description:

A Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, from planning and initiation to execution and closing. This individual will lead a team of project managers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any project issues and communicating project updates to stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project managers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project teams and assign tasks and responsibilities.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Provide guidance and support to project team members

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects
