Senior Project Manager (Industrial)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager in the industrial sector to oversee and manage our complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Duties include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing project plans, and monitoring progress. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, vendors, and clients, to ensure successful project completion. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as a proven track record in managing industrial projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, with a PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for industrial projects.
• Manage and lead a team of project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to establish project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and performance to identify and address potential risks and issues.

• Review and approve project deliverables, reports, and documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to key stakeholders and executives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
• Conduct regular project meetings, workshops, and presentations to foster collaboration and alignment among project team members.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and post-project evaluations.
