Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand growth, and execute high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Oversee and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and traditional media

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth

• Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication and touchpoints

• Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals

• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI

• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role

• Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
