Senior Manager - Process

Responsibilities

• Develop and streamline business processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead process improvement projects to identify areas for optimization and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing processes to ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create standardized procedures and workflows.
• Train and mentor team members on process methodologies and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
