Senior Manager - Marketing

The Senior Manager - Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Operating in a dynamic UAE market, this role oversees brand positioning, digital marketing, market research, campaign execution, and team leadership. Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.

• Overseeing brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency and impact.

• Conducting market research and consumer insights analysis to guide decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

• Managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.

• Collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.

• Monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in the UAE.

• Proven success in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies in a B2B or B2C environment.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and performance analytics.

• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
