Senior Logistics Manager

We are hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to lead and optimize the entire supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory, and distribution. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics management, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with business goals.

• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

• Ensure compliance with national and international shipping regulations.

• Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements.

• Lead, mentor, and train logistics teams.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.

• Optimize route planning and warehouse operations to increase efficiency.

• Manage logistics budgets and control costs.

• Implement new technologies and systems for better logistics management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and logistics platforms.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in logistics forecasting and data analysis.
