Senior Interior Designer

The Senior Interior Designer leads high-end design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and coordination with contractors and clients. Based in the UAE, this role involves working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where attention to detail, creativity, and project management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated design sensibility and a proven track record in commercial or residential interior design.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design process from concept development to detailed design and execution.

• Creating and presenting mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.

• Selecting and sourcing materials, furnishings, and finishes in alignment with design vision.

• Coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Managing design budgets, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects.

• Conducting site visits to oversee progress and ensure design intent is met.

• Staying updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and new materials.

• Mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall design team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

• Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.

• Excellent eye for detail, color coordination, and spatial planning.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards.
