Senior Interior Designer

You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design projects, as well as experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders. A degree in Interior Design or a related field, along with proficiency in design software, is required. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to clients.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is carried out accurately.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with client's vision and budget.
• Oversee construction documentation and detailing to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality control.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design concepts.
• Maintain client relationships and seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source unique and innovative products for design projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an interior designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
