Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop innovative and creative design concepts that meet clients' requirements and align with current design trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
  • Research and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to be used in design projects, keeping quality and budget in mind.
  • Oversee the selection and coordination of colors, materials, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive and visually appealing interiors.
  • Review and approve drawings, renderings, and other documentation produced by junior design team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to design projects.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior design team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
