Senior Interior Architect

The Senior Interior Architect will lead the design and execution of high-end interior projects, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity. This role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, and contractors to create innovative and sustainable interior spaces. The ideal candidate must have strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and experience managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• develop and oversee interior architectural designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

• collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and functional requirements

• create detailed space planning, concept designs, and mood boards for project presentations

• prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material selections in compliance with industry standards

• coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project execution aligns with design intent

• conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve design challenges

• research and incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative materials into projects

• manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations

• ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• mentor and guide junior designers and architects to maintain quality and creativity in design output

Requirements:

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior architecture, architecture, or a related field

• minimum 7-10 years of experience in interior architecture and design

• proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software

• strong portfolio showcasing high-end interior projects across various sectors

• excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection

• strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

• exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
