Job Description

As a global digital marketing agency, we understand that effective media planning is crucial in reaching our target audiences and delivering impactful results for our clients. That's why we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Integrated Media Planning Manager to join our team and take charge of our media planning efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans across various platforms including TV, digital, social media, and more

- Analyze market trends, audience behavior and media consumption patterns to identify key opportunities and challenges for our clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, account management, and analytics to develop integrated campaigns that align with client objectives and budgets

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on media planning, optimizations, budget management, and campaign performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative media planning techniques to continually improve our strategies

- Lead and mentor a team of media planners, providing guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their skills and knowledge in media planning

- Foster strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates, placements, and added value opportunities on behalf of our clients

- Monitor and assess the success of media campaigns through regular tracking and reporting, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements as needed


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency setting

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans across multiple platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of media metrics and key performance indicators

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

- Strong management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing a team

- Keen eye for detail, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in media planning and reporting tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Nielsen, comScore, etc.
