Job Description

We are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage core HR functions and support strategic initiatives across our UAE operations. This role plays a key part in talent management, employee relations, policy implementation, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and employee records

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and organizational procedures in the UAE

  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions

  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and conducting interviews

  • Lead performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on employee development

  • Assist in designing and rolling out HR programs such as engagement surveys, wellness initiatives, and retention strategies

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and generate HR reports and analytics for leadership review

  • Manage HRMS/HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy

  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance or outsourced providers

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or senior-level role

  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and employment practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

  • Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment within the UAE preferred
