Job Description

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the overall business objectives. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience in HR management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational change and growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior HR position
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
