Senior HR Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Resources (HR) to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the company's HR policies align with business objectives to join our Fintech Company.

Responsibilities:  Recruitment & Onboarding:  Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various roles.  Coordinate on boarding and orientation programs for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement:  Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts.  Promote a positive work environment and strong company culture.  Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs. Performance Management & Training:  Oversee performance evaluation processes and provide feedback.  Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.  Support career development initiatives for employees. HR Compliance & Administration:  Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.  Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in a related field.  Proven experience in HR roles.  Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
