Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects. They will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality designs, and delivering projects within deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of creative designs and extensive experience in graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Creating visual concepts and designs for various projects, such as websites, print materials, and social media
- Leading a team of graphic designers and providing guidance and feedback
- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery
- Reviewing designs for quality and adherence to brand guidelines
- Keeping updated with the latest design trends and technologies
- Ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements
- Retouching and editing images as needed
- Liaising with external vendors and suppliers
- Mentoring and training junior graphic designers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative designs
- Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
