Senior Frontend Software Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Software Developer to join our Fintech Company and to design, develop, and enhance dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate is proficient in modern frontend frameworks, has a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:  Develop, optimize, and maintain modern, responsive web applications.  Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.  Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure efficient data handling.  Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.  Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.  Debug and resolve issues to improve application stability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:  Experience: 5+ years of frontend development experience.  Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.  Frameworks & Libraries: Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.  State Management: Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Vuex.  Styling & UI Components: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Material UI, or Chakra UI.  API Integration: Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.  Performance Optimization: Understanding of lazy loading, caching, and code splitting.  Testing & Debugging: Experience with Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, or Playwright.  Version Control: Proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.  Build Tools & CI/CD: Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.  Security & Accessibility: Awareness of OWASP security principles and WCAG accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).  Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and offline-first development.  Experience with micro frontends or modular architecture.  Familiarity with WebAssembly, Three.js, or D3.js for advanced UI/visualization.
