Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Front End Developer to join our Fintech Company and innovative team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly responsive user interfaces that define the user experience across our digital platforms. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies like TypeScript, Next.js, React, and React Native to create seamless and scalable web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native.  Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement highly interactive user interfaces.  Build reusable components and libraries for future use in projects.  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.  Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to architectural decisions.  Leverage TypeScript for scalable and type-safe development.  Use Next.js to develop server-side rendered applications for improved performance and SEO.  Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.  Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices. 

Requirements:  Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, and React Native.  Strong knowledge of modern front-end development tools and frameworks.  Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).  Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end applications.  Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).  Experience optimizing applications for performance and scalability.  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.  Knowledge of GraphQL and its integration with front-end technologies.  Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.  Understanding of accessibility standards and web security practices.
