Senior FP And A Analyst (Finance And Accounting )

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will provide critical insights through data-driven analysis to guide decision-making, improve performance, and support long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models

• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance

• Collaborate with business units to analyze operational metrics and cost structures

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing with timely financial reporting and insights

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

• Analyze investment opportunities, ROI, and capital allocation projects

• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and financial systems

• Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial benchmarks

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations

• Provide support during audits, strategic reviews, and board meetings

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region

• Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and forecasting methodologies

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and FP&A tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI)

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage

• High attention to detail with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
