Senior Financial Auditor

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a professional certification such as CPA or CA, and at least 5 years of auditing experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial audits in accordance with local regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Review and analyze financial statements to identify potential risks and discrepancies.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Develop audit programs and testing procedures to ensure thorough examination of financial records.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior auditors to enhance their skills and knowledge in financial auditing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial auditing to continuously improve audit processes.
• Conduct special investigations as needed to address fraud, misconduct, or other irregularities.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management and regulatory authorities.
