Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making. The role involves financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• analyze financial statements, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management
• assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• conduct variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures
• collaborate with different departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
• monitor cash flow, revenue trends, and expenditure to optimize financial performance
• support investment and capital allocation decisions through in-depth financial analysis
• stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
• provide recommendations for improving financial processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• solid understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, and financial regulations
• excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively
