Job Description
The Senior Finance Manager plays a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of the organization. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Senior Finance Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and report financial performance to senior management.
- Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with external auditors for financial audits.
- Manage the finance team and provide leadership and guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
