Senior Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to lead and deliver innovative design solutions across various projects. Based in the UAE, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with brand objectives and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to brand guidelines

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver design solutions that meet business and creative objectives

• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally

• Develop creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms

• Ensure that all design work is consistent with brand identity and meets the expectations of clients and stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met

• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary

• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for specialized design needs

• Ensure proper file management, including asset libraries and project documentation

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in graphic or visual design, with a proven portfolio of successful projects

• Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch/Figma

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

• Experience in digital and print media design, including web, mobile, and advertising formats

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, innovative approach to design

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Experience working in the UAE market or with international brands is an advantage
