Senior CRM Executive

We are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to lead customer relationship management strategies, drive customer engagement, and optimize retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM tools, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.
• Manage and optimize customer databases, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and key CRM metrics to improve targeting and engagement.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
• Ensure proper integration of CRM tools with other digital marketing and sales platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize customer touchpoints to maximize conversion rates.
• Identify and implement automation strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Stay updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of email marketing, automation, and loyalty programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or SaaS industries is a plus.
